A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project will be held at the project site: 300 West Capitol Street, Suite 200, Jackson, MS on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
